Why Gainesville?
We chose to have our wedding in Gainesville because it holds a special place in our hearts. For Amy, it’s where she went to college, creating a meaningful connection to the city. Over time, Gainesville has also become a place we both truly love, filled with memories and new experiences. Planning our wedding here has given us the joy of discovering and rediscovering favorite spots together, making the celebration uniquely ours.

We’re so grateful you’re making the journey to join us for our special day. To kick off the celebration, please join us for a rehearsal dinner the afternoon before the wedding. It will be a relaxed gathering where we can all connect, enjoy good food, and get ready for the big day ahead. We look forward to sharing this time together and making wonderful memories. This will take place at the Arcade Complex North. Food, drinks, and games are on us (Kids welcome!)—thank you for being part of this celebration!

Parking in Gainesville is can be challenging but there are a few options for parking in the downtown area.
Street parking (if you can find it) - Limited metered street parking is available. Parking is complimentary during nights and weekends. Typically, the area experiences reduced activity and quieter conditions in the summer months.
Wells Fargo Parking Garage - ample parking is available approximately two blocks away. It is a short walk (about 2 blocks) to both the Arcade Bar and The Wooly, which also offer paid parking options.
Hampton Inn Parking Garage - Paid spaces available and is about 3 blocks away. This is a good option if you decided to stay at the Hampton inn or the Hyatt Place in downtown.
Uber and Lift - If you decide you do not want to drive (Drinks on us so not a bad idea!)
